Rules:

1. Each team should consist of a MINIMUM OF 2 and a MAXIMUM OF 3 members.

2. The teams should submit an abstract of their project BY 12:00 PM OF 05/10/2020. Late submissions will not be considered.

3. These abstracts will be evaluated by our team of experts and the list of selected teams will be announced on 06/10/2020 by evening through Instagram and Facebook. The teams will also be intimated through email.

4. Each team will get a total of 15 minutes on stage- 5 minutes for presenting, 5 minutes for demonstration (working model or simulation) and a 5 minute question-answer session.

5. The winning team and the first two runner up teams will receive certificates and cash awards.

6. All the shortlisted teams will receive participation certificates.

Note:

Time clashes with any other event in this TechFest should be reported to the event coordinator BY 07/10/2020 so that necessary arrangements can be made. Participants who fail to do so will have to manage these clashes on their own and the organisers will not be held responsible.

If your team/team members are participating in any other events in this TechFest at the same time, please make sure that you have notified our event coordinator to make the necessary arrangements. If you fail to do so the coordinators will not be held responsible.

1. The Event will be conducted online on Kahoot!

2. The quiz will be conducted on 08/10/2020 for 1 hour.

3. Never used Kahoot! before? Worry not - Our organizers will guide you on how to use Kahoot! before the start of event.

4. Please ensure that you join 10 minutes before the event starts. Joining late will cause a commotion for the first time Kahoot! users.

5. Answer the questions and the winners will be displayed on screen by Kahoot!

6. The top 3 will be considered as winners.

7. All participants will receive participation certificates.

Rules:

1. Participants should register as a team of two. Teams with members from different colleges should mention the same.

2. The event will take place for one hour, where the team will be given a real world situation which they have to come up with a practical solution for.

3. Teams are requested to be prepared with the basic necessary stationery items well in advance (pens, pencils, rulers, geometry boxes etc.)

4. On the day of the event, the teams can discuss with one another through any means apart from the meeting platform. Teams are requested to ensure that they have set up the required platform in advance.

5. Teams are requested to ensure that they have a stable internet connection so that submissions are done within the deadlines.

6. Winners will be awarded with prizes and certificates. All participants will receive participation certificates.

2. The event will be conducted on Kahoot. For those unfamiliar with the platform, instructions will be given prior to the event.

3. The theme of questions will be informed to the participants well in advance.

4. Winners will be awarded with certificates.
